We are continuously striving to put our best effort in delivering products and service that meet our customers’ satisfaction.

However, once good items sold and delivered, we do not accept return or exchange for another item unless the item is proven defected, and caused by us.

We also do not accept any exchange in future should the size does not fit because we have made the best effort to publish the approximate measurement on top of each blouses and other apparels. We really appreciate if you could take this note accordingly as we would like to avoid a lot of unnecessary troubles for both parties should it happen in future.

We highly appreciate if you could ensure your size and compare with the published measurement before proceeding to make orders. Please also be aware that the actual colours might vary due to light setting during photo shoot and variation of computers' screen and colour resolutions
