2.  AdorableMuslimah© entertains serious buyers only. However, potential buyers and friends that wish to enquire about our products are most welcomed.

3. Orders can be made through the cart system at our website. ONLY orders via cart system in adorablemuslimah.com will be entertained. Please register or log in to to www.adorablemuslimah.com to start shopping with us.

4. Orders via email, sms or phone will NOT be entertained. All communications for purchase and queries are through Online Only through CONTACT US section. 

5. Reservation and purchase can only be made when complete details are given by registering as AdorableMuslimah© member. Emails or Enquires without complete registration details will not be treated as an order.  

6. All items sold by AdorableMuslimah© are NEW unless otherwise stated. Our items are NOT for extremely fussy buyers, but they are in acceptably good condition. Actual colours of the items might vary compared to the photograph due to the light setting and variation of computers' screen and colour resolutions 

7. All our products are limited edition items and NON restockable unless otherwise stated. 

8. The price stated excludes the delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added in the total payment at a very minimum charge. 

9. Full payment should be received by us within 7 days from the time of invoice send by us. Your purchase will only be dispatched once the full payment is received. Should no payment is received after 7 days of confirmed booking, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Please check your email and spam mailbox as well, for reminder and cancellation emails from us.

10. All prices stated are NOT Negotiable since the prices published are the lowest that we can offer. 

11. We do offer Wholesale purchase. Please reach us at CONTACT US section to learn more the details about Wholesale purchasing. 

12. All good items sold are NOT refundable and exchangeable. Please ensure that you have checked size and measurement accordingly. We do not accept return/refund/exchange for good items sold in case the sizes do not fit you; because we have made our best effort to display the measurements for each items accordingly. 

13. Delivery will be made on every Tuesday ONLY . Hence, please plan your payment accordingly. We use Pos Laju only for local delivery i.e. within Malaysia. Pos Express will NOT be used for fast and safe delivery. For International orders, delivery will be made using Registered International Standard Airmail or International Pos Laju. 

We are sorry that we cannot give each and all our customers the track number after each delivery due to time limitation. However, payment received notification will be sent stating the delivery date. Kindly contact us back after 5 working days (for local customers) and 15 working days (for international customers) should the parcel has not arrived. We will try our best to sort the delivery problem should it arises. 

14. Please pay in exact amount. Should payment is not made in exact amount; please provide us your account details for us to give back your change. Or else, we will insert the balance in the parcel together with the item(s). 

15. As a precaution, please take extra care to handwash the item(s) bought separately after wearing them for the first few times. Do not soak or machine wash the products for extra care.

16. All images, texts, content and web design are solely belongs to AdorableMuslimah©. Any copy and usage of our content is an infringement to our copyright and will be treated seriously.

17. Please be aware that back-outs customers will be blacklisted for future purchases with AdorableMuslimah©. Therefore, please think carefully before start placing an official order through the cart system. If you are aware that you are not ready to make payment within 7 days, please only place an order when you can commit to make payment within the given period.

18. Orders are based on 'First come First served' basis and we are NOT offering C.O.D (No Cash On Delivery) at the moment.

19.  Queuing as waiting list for the reserved items is allowed. The items will be released to the next person in queue if the person who has reserved the items back-off or cancel. However, should the customer does not back off and make payment within 7 days, unfortunately the blouse will be sold out. Please be aware of our notification emails.
